Shipping/Refunds

Shipping can take up to 14 business days depending on the shipper, and product availability.  We ship through USPS or UPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a shipping notification once a shipping label has been created for your order. If you have any further questions, please fill out the form in contact us,  and someone will get back to you within one business day, you can also  reach us during business hours to speak to a live person. 

If a customer is requesting a refund, they  have seven days to return the product for a full refund. Any product returned after 7 days will be product credit towards another product of equal value. Please contact us directly on how returns are made.
